4th Edition: Editors Wanted

The 4th Edition of the Fenner Family Tree has been code-named "The Open Book Project." The reason for this is simple: I want to give other researchers the opportunity to add their insight into the revisions that are necessary to make the family tree both comprehensive and accurate. This edition is actually an open-ended edition, and just as a family tree is forever growing and changing, this is a work forever in progress.

The following work is considered complete:

  1. Addition of the Swiss-American family tree by Henry Fenner.
  2. Cross-checking the family tree against the Martha Benns manuscript.
  3. Revision of all Fenner ID numbers.
  4. Creation of margin notes in all chapters.
  5. Addition of information from Carlton Ross Fenner (descendants of Turner Fenner).

  1. Cross-checking the family tree against Rev. J.P. Root's research for accuracy.
  2. Addition of information from Rick Buckingham's "The Book of Begats."
  3. Addition of information from the Edward Hugh Cafferty family tree.
  4. Addition of the genealogy by Jean Clark Comtois.
  5. Addition of information from Barbara Hays Cook (descendants of Jasper Alvester Fenner).
  6. Additional Swiss Fenners provided by Hank Fenner (2 documents).
  7. Addition of information from Thomas Potter (descendants of Anthony Fenner).
  8. Addition of the Fenner von Fenneberg family by Davin Kause.
  9. Addition of Luther Fenner line by Therese Fenner Boucher
